Serves 12; makes 3 cups

Ingredients:

• 2 (15.5 oz.) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained ($1.72)

• 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real or Light Mayo ($0.52)

• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice ($0.12)

• 2 tsp. minced garlic ($0.10)

• Price per serving : $0.21

Instructions:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth

2. Season with salt and pepper

3. Spread onto a platter and garnish, if desired, with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika

4. Serve with your favorite dipping snacks

Creamy Hot Elote Dip Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

• 2 cups corn, fresh or frozen and thawed ($0.90)

• 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real or Light Mayo ($0.52)

• 2 tsp. chili powder ($0.07)

• 2 Tbsp. lime juice ($0.08)

• 4 oz cream cheese, softened ($0.99)

Instructions:

1. Remove the corn from freezer to thaw

2. Preheat your oven to 375°F

3. In a large bowl, whisk together Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise and softened cream cheese until well blended and smooth

4. Stir in corn kernels, ½ of the shredded cheddar cheese and ½ cup Queso Fresco until well blended

5. Spoon into 1-1/2 quart shallow casserole and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese and 2 Tbsp. Queso Fresco

6. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until bubbling on edges and cheese is melted

Disappearing Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Serves 3

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded ($3.05)
