I’ve covered the best senior discounts available below, but be sure to call ahead to confirm. Some stores’ discount policies vary by location, and it’s often up to the discretion of the store manager. Still, it never hurts to ask if you’re unsure.

Auntie Anne's: AARP members can enjoy a 10% discount.

Carrabbas: AARP members can get 10% off their entire meal at Carrabbas any day of the week.

CiCi’s Pizza: Get 15% off your dine-in order at Cici’s with AARP.
Cinnabon: AARP members can get a 10% discount at Cinnabon.
Denny’s: Get 15% off your dine-in and pickup orders at Denny’s if you’re an AARP member.
El Pollo Loco: Get 10% off (up to $1 max) for customers 60 or older with El Pollo Loco’s senior discount.
Einstein Bros Bagels: You should call to confirm, but seniors can enjoy a senior discount at select Einstein Bros. Bagels.
Golden Corral: Seniors 60 or older get discounted breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the weekends.
IHOP: Diners 55 or older get a discounted menu.
Jamba: AARP members can save 10% on online, in-app, and in-store orders at Jamba.
Joe's Crab Shack: Get 10% off dine-in and to-go orders with an AARP membership.
McCormick and Schmick’s: AARP members save 10% on their total bill every day.

AMC Theatres: Guests 60 and older can get up to 15% off AMC movie tickets.
Cinemark Theatres: Guests 60 and older can get up to 22% off Cinemark movie tickets.
Marcus Theaters: Guests 60 and older can get up to 20% off Marcus movie tickets.
National Park Service: Buy an Annual Senior Pass ($20) or a Lifetime Senior Pass ($80) and get up to 50% off of certain amenity fees (facilities and services such as camping, swimming, boat launch, and specialized interpretive services).
Regal Cinemas: Guests 60 and older can get up to 14% off Regal movie tickets
Showcase Theaters: Guests 60 and older can get Showcase movie tickets for up to 20% off.
Senior Discounts at Grocery Stores
Albertsons: I had to call customer service to verify, but all intermountain Albertsons locations offer 10% off senior discounts the first Thursday of every month, and all Southwest locations offer a 10% discount the first Wednesday of every month.
American Discount Stores: Customers 62 and older get 10% discounts every Monday.
Fred Meyer: Customers 55 and older can get an additional 10% off select items the first Tuesday of every month with Fred Meyer’s senior discount.
Fry’s Food Stores: The first Wednesday of each month, seniors 55 and older get 10% off their order.
Harris Teeter: Every Thursday, shoppers 60 and older get 5% off their order.
Senior Discounts for Hotel and Travel
Amtrak: Buy a train ticket with your 15% off discount through Amtrak if you're 65 or older.
Avis: AARP members save up to 30% at Avis when making a reservation with the Avis Worldwide Discount number A359807. Reserve online or call (800) 331-1800 to book.
Best Western: Guests 55 or older can get up to 15% off room rates with Best Western’s senior hotel discount. But it’s not guaranteed, so call ahead to make sure it’s available — and bring along a valid ID.
Budget: Rent a car through Budget and get up to 35% off, plus earn another 3% towards your next rental as an AARP member.
Days Inn: Guests 60 or older can book online or call (800) 225-3297 to inquire about Days Inn’s senior rates.
Hertz: Travelers 50 or older can save up to 20% on base rates with Hertz’s senior discount.
Marriott: Seniors 62 or older can get a special senior rate when booking trips through Marriott.com.
Super 8: Guests 60 and older can get a discounted rate off the Best Available Rate. Call (800) 454-3213 to reserve.
Wyndham Hotels: Seniors 60 or older can get special discounts on their standard rate. Book online or call their reservation line at (800) 225-3297.

AT&T: AARP members can save $10 per month on an unlimited plan.
Consumer Cellular: AARP members at Consumer Cellular get a 5% discount on monthly fees.
Verizon Wireless: Customers who are 55 or older and who reside in Florida can get unlimited 4G data, talk, text, and more for $84 for two lines.
Retail and Shopping Discounts for Seniors
Belk's: Shoppers 62 or older get 15% off every Tuesday of every month.
Goodwill: Get 10% off once a week (offer varies by location).
Kohl’s: Customers 65 or older can get 15% off every Wednesday for in-store purchases under Kohl’s senior discount policy.
Michaels: Shop at Michaels and get 10% off regular price and sale items if you're 55 or older.
Ross: Every Tuesday, seniors 55 and older are eligible for a 10% senior discount.
Senior Discounts for Wellness and Lifestyle
Great Clips: Seniors 65 or older get a discounted haircut year-round (offer varies by location).
LensCrafters: AARP members get the following senior discounts at LensCrafters stores:
