The list of groups who qualify for the free Margaritaville at Sea cruise includes active and former military, first responders, law enforcement officers, and educators. To claim your free cruise, you’ll register through the GovX ID platform. Once you’re verified as a GovX ID member, you’ll receive a free fare on an inside or ocean view stateroom. Keep in mind that the free fare excludes port taxes and fees ($88.44 per person) and gratuities ($14.95 per person, per night).

For an additional charge, you can upgrade your suite, but now through Oct. 4, 2022, there’s no fee to upgrade to an ocean view stateroom.

The deal allows for up to two qualified members per stateroom, but you’ll need to call the Contact Center (800-814-7100) if you’ll have more than one verified GovX ID member in a room. Booking two qualified members is not an option online right now.
