You’ll have to sign up for a Kroger Plus Shopper’s Card and scan it during checkout to load and use the coupon, receive the lowest advertised prices, and earn fuel points on your purchases. Visit Kroger.com or download the store app to clip the digital coupon. There’s a limit of one per account, and the coupon expires on Feb. 28. After the coupon, the cost of each can of cat food will be only $0.95.
