What is Fem Excel?
Fem Excel is a telehealth program offering personalized hormone treatment plans and virtual consultations with licensed medical providers. If your assessment indicates that you may qualify for hormone therapy, you can get lab testing and a provider consultation for just $29 (normally $99). Your provider will review your results and discuss appropriate treatment options with you.

Bottom-line cost: The Fem Excel hormone assessment is free. If you qualify and choose to move forward, you’ll pay $29 for lab testing and a provider consultation — a $70 discount from the regular $99 price.
When will I be charged? You won’t be charged for taking the online assessment. The $29 charge applies only if you qualify and decide to continue with labs and a provider consultation.
Will I need to cancel? There won't be a need to cancel if you only want the results from your free assessment. If you qualify and decide to proceed with care through Fem Excel after the initial assessment, contact member support through your member portal or call (833) 625-3392.
