When will I be charged? You'll be charged for a subscription when you order it, so if you order a one-month subscription you'll pay for one month, and if you order a 12-month subscription you'll pay for 12 months at the time of your order.
When will I receive the kit? Your first box will arrive between 2-15 days after you place the order.
How do I cancel my subscription? You can log into your account at any time to cancel the renewal of your subscription.
When you order, you'll pay up-front for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. You'll receive your full paid subscription, one box each month. Cancellations will be effective at the beginning of a new billing cycle. Subscriptions renew at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months from the date of purchase.
Removing the auto-renew function by setting your subscription to pending cancellation does not mean you will stop receiving your prepaid boxes. You'll receive all boxes you prepaid for when ordering. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation when your subscription is cancelled.
