Disney’s making it really hard to forget about them. They’ve unveiled a new website, shared a bunch of their restaurant recipes, and made a bunch of theme park merch available online.

Now, they want to help with bedtime.

Kids can call the Disney Bedtime Hotline for a free bedtime message.

By calling 1-877-7-MICKEY (1-877-764-2539), kids — or anyone else, really — will be able to hear a special free bedtime message from Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, or Goofy.

After a brief prompt, you can choose one of five pre-recorded messages:

  • Press 1 for Mickey Mouse
  • Press 2 for Minnie Mouse
  • Press 3 for Donald Duck
  • Press 4 for Daisy Duck
  • Press 5 for Goofy

The characters help encourage the little ones to go to sleep.

In the message from Goofy, the character tells the caller about his busy day with Mickey Mouse and about how tired he is. He then challenges the caller to race to see who can fall asleep the fastest.

The call disconnects after the character’s message. There’s only one message per call.

Disney also has free games and bedtime progress trackers.

At the Shop Disney Sleep Shop, there are printable sleep games that help kids get ready for bed and track their progress over the weeks.

Pick from Mickey and Donald’s Space Adventure or Minnie and Minnie’s “Bow Much Fun” that encourage kids throughout the bedtime process — bath, teeth brushing, pajamas, storytime, etc. — and has them work toward rewards after consecutive nights of bedtime success.
