One-Pan Garlic & Herb Chicken for $2.68 per Serving

This One-Pan Garlic & Herb Chicken recipe features the versatile Knorr Chicken Premium Flavor Base. The bouillon paste combines roasted chicken, herbs, and rich tomato flavors, and since you're using a concentrated stock, there's no powder to dissolve. Simply stir it into water and add to the pot.
One-Pan Garlic & Herb Chicken Recipe Ingredients
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. dried Italian herb blend
1 Tbsp. Knorr Chicken Flavor base, divided
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp vegetable oil, divided
1 cup long grain white rice
2 cups water
1 pint grape tomatoes
4 oz. baby spinach leaves
Directions
Combine garlic, dried herb blend, and 2 tsp. Knorr Chicken Flavor Base in bowl; rub mixture on chicken to coat completely.
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning occasionally until browned, about four minutes.
Remove to plate and set aside.
Heat remaining 2 tsp. oil in same skillet and saute rice until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Add water and remaining Knorr Chicken Flavor Base and bring to a boil.
Stir in tomatoes and spinach. Place chicken on top; cover and continue cooking until the water is fully absorbed, rice is tender, and chicken is fully cooked, about 18 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Chef’s Tip: Using an oven-safe skillet, preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In the last 7 minutes of cooking on the stovetop, transfer the oven safe skillet into the oven to achieve oven-crisp chicken. Sprinkle with fresh herbs like parsley or basil and parmesan cheese if desired.
