If it feels like every ice cream manufacturer is trying to outdo each other right now, you are not wrong. We’ve seen Blue Bell Dr Pepper Float Ice Cream, an expansion of the Little Debbie Ice Cream line, Reese’s ice cream everything, and now Van Leeuwen Arizona Green Tea Ice Cream. It’s a limited edition flavor we expect to retail for $4.98 at Walmart that comes in a pint-size container.

So maybe you’re wondering, does the world really need this? Heck yeah, it does. If Van Leeuwen can create Kraft Macaroni & Cheese ice cream, as well as a Hidden Valley Ranch flavor, then green tea is a no brainer. And it isn’t any green tea. It’s Arizona Green Tea with honeycomb. That feels like the kind of frozen goodness they should serve at a spa. I am in.

Van Leeuwen’s limited edition Arizona Green Tea ice cream is available at Walmart with a suggested retail price of $4.98

Start searching your local Walmart’s freezer section, because the Van Leeuwen Arizona Green Tea ice cream should be arriving any minute now (if it isn’t there already). Typically the retailer sells the brand’s ice cream pints for $4.98 each. We don’t expect this release to be any different.

PSA: A pint of ice cream holds approximately four standard scoops. I don’t know about you, but that’s not a lot. However, it breaks down to about $1.24 a scoop at the suggested retail price of $4.98. Now if I go into a scoop shop, it’s highly likely that I’m going to pay a lot more than that for an individual serving.

The ice cream tastes like Arizona’s specific green tea blend.

I feel like this should go without saying, but the ice cream captures all of the flavor notes you think of when drinking an Arizona Green Tea. Additionally there’s honeycomb for sweetness. And, of course, the texture has the creamy goodness of all Van Leeuwen varieties. They make their produces in the French style of ice cream.

Arizona Green Tea ice cream is only available for a limited time.

Van Leeuwen regularly cycles through partnerships, like the ones they’ve had with Kraft and Hidden Valley Ranch. With that said, don’t expect their Arizona Green Tea flavor to stick around for long. If you see it and wanna try it, buy it on the spot. Love it? Maybe go back for a couple more pints to stash in the freezer.

The good news is that Van Leeuwen seems very open to crowd sourcing about which flavors to bring back. On their Instagram account under “Partnerships” they asked customers if they should bring back the divisive Kraft Macaroni & Cheese flavor. At my last check it was 57% saying “Goodness Yes” and 43% of respondents saying “Please No.” So we’ll have to wait and see!
