Dunkin' just announced that their Halloween menu is going to drop on Oct. 16, and you'll find a new donut, drink, and — my personal fave — Dunkin' Halloween buckets filled with 50 Munchkins.
The 50-count Munchkin buckets aren't exactly new to the Dunkin' Fall menu, but the collectible plastic buckets are a newer addition to the Halloween lineup. I haven't seen Dunkin' offer buckets since the '90s when they had a glow-in-the-dark version, which you can find now on resale sites for around $10. After a few-decades hiatus, I'm thinking these buckets are going to go fast.
Along with the Dunkin' Halloween buckets, you'll see a new purple Potion Macchiato and spider donut. The upcoming drink is expected to be an ube swirl Potion Macchiato in a purple color for the holiday. The spider donut is something I've seen before from Dunkin' in an orange color. I'm predicting $4.89 and $1.79 prices for the new drink and donut.

Dunkin' Halloween Buckets drop on Oct. 16, 2024 (with the new Halloween menu).
These buckets are coming to Dunkin' on Wednesday, Oct. 16. This is also when the second phase of Dunkin's Fall menu hits stores. The buckets will likely sell out fast, but the drinks will stick around through the end of the month.
You'll likely pay a little extra for the Dunkin' Halloween buckets, I predict $15.99.
A 50-count Munchkin bucket regularly costs $13.99, or $0.28 per Munchkin. I predict the Halloween buckets will have a higher price tag — likely around $15.99, or $0.32 per Munchkin. The nostalgia factor alone is worth the extra $2 to some, and for others, the buckets can be used as trick-or-treat baskets.
Each store will only have 100 buckets — so get yours early.
I've heard that each Dunkin' store will have only around 100 buckets and once they're gone, they're gone. Considering the popularity of other fast food collector meals — like the Collector Cup Value Meal at McDonald's — you'll want to line up early to get your hands on one of these buckets.
