Lowe's Spring Flower Giveaway is an annual event that gives MyLowe's Rewards members a free flowering plant.
Every spring, Lowe's gives away a free flowering plant to members of their MyLowe's Rewards program. In 2024, the freebie was a 1-pint flowering plant, and in 2025, it was a larger 1.5-pint flowering plant (worth at least $1). This year, we expect to get a free 1-quart flowering plant, based on the details available so far.

The 2026 Lowe's Spring Flower Giveaway is confirmed for Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 10 a.m. This year's event is first come, first served. The first 150 MyLowe's Rewards members to show up at their local store will walk away with a free flower. That means no reservation is required this year.
How to Get Your Free Lowe's Flower in 2026
The free Lowe's flower is exclusively for MyLowe's Rewards members. Here's what to do:

Make sure you have a MyLowe's Rewards (sign up online for free).

Head to your local Lowe's on May 9 at 10 a.m.

Be one of the first 150 members to arrive.

Show your Lowe's Member ID (found in the Lowe's app or on Lowes.com).

Pick up your free flower (one per member, in-store only).
Make sure you create a MyLowe's account.
Download the Lowe's app if you don't already have it, and then follow these steps to create a MyLowe's account.

Select "Create Account."

Click "Sign In" or create an account and enter your name, address, phone number and email. Tap "Continue."

Earn 100 reward points by selecting one or more interests. Lowe's will personalize your shopping experience and deals based on your choices.

The 45-minute workshops take place from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. You can register up to four kids per workshop online by visiting Lowe’s DIY-U page. For each kids’ workshop, registration ends the day before the event takes place.
