Active-duty military and veterans, thank you for your service! Do you know about all the retailers and services who say “thank you” with military discounts? If not, you need this list.
Before diving in, keep in mind that both online and in-store discounts will require a valid Military ID. For internet purchases, some sites use ID.me or SheerID to verify your eligibility, while others have their own built-in checkout process.
Oh, and if you’re ever unsure whether you can get a discount, just ask. Many stores won’t include it in the fine print, but if you ask, they might help you out.

Dollar, Enterprise and Thrifty: Save 5% off your car rentals. Dollar and Thrifty require membership in the WeSalute program. You don't need to belong to any military-related association for a military discount at Enterprise.
