But sometimes the experience of getting a scoop from an ice cream shop is in order. However, it can also be a bit more expensive. Luckily, Baskin Robbins menu savings aren’t hard to find, and we have all the secrets that you’ll need to get cheap ice cream.
On Oct. 31, you can grab 31% off all your scoop purchases. That’s around a $1.36 discount on your single scoops!

1. Download the Baskin Robbins app for the best coupons — BOGO free cones and more.
When you download the Baskin Robbins app and join their program, you’ll gain access to their best coupons. When I signed up, I got a free scoop of ice cream (regularly $4.39) and access to all their monthly coupons.
These coupons can only be redeemed in person. Just click on the deal you want and show them the QR code displayed on your phone. Here are a few of the coupons that I saw on the app:

- BOGO Free Scoop
- Get a Free Regular Scoop with any $20+ cake purchase
2. Enter your birthdate to get a free scoop on the big day.
Every year on your birthday, you’ll get a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream (normally $4.39) sent to your email. You’ll be able to redeem this coupon via their app.
You’ll need to be at least 13 years old to sign up for the app, but adults can add up to five family members to their account. Just log onto your account and click the “Family Members” tab under your account to manage your brood.

3. Get a 31% discount on all BR scoops on the 31st of each month.
Originally, there were 31 flavors at Baskin Robbins. These days, Baskin Robbins cycles out 1,500 different flavors, with a new one every month. But to commemorate the original 31, Baskin Robbins offers a 31% discount on scoops when it is the 31st of the month.
That means you’ll get a 31% discount on January, March, May, July, August, October, and December 31.
4. A new Baskin Robbins flavor is introduced every month — but they only last for that calendar month.
Every month, Baskin Robbins introduces a new flavor to their menu that is only available for the month alongside another 37 flavors. Some of them are fan-favorite returning flavors, but most are new and unique flavors that they are testing out.
Here are the flavors that we’ve seen in the past:

5. On National Ice Cream Day, Baskin Robbins always gives coupons — $5 off orders of $15 or more.
National Ice Cream Day happens on the third Sunday of July, and in 2023, that’s July 16. Every year, Baskin Robbins celebrates the holiday by giving us discounts all day long.
Last year, National Ice Cream Day lasted from July 17 to 23 at Baskin Robbins, and you could get $5 off orders of $15 or more when you used the promo code BECOOLER. We expect a similar deal to be offered in 2024.
6. Use a discounted Baskin Robbins gift card to get 2% off your ice cream.
Before you plan a Baskin Robbins outing, see if there’s a discounted gift card at Raise.com. We’ve seen discounts of up to 2%, which means getting a 2% discount on your purchases.
Can you use Dunkin’ gift cards at Baskin Robbins? Heck yeah, you can. So if the Dunkin’ gift cards on Raise.com are at a higher discount, pick them up instead. We have seen Dunkin’ gift cards go up to 10% off, but those discounts are rare.

7. Order from Postmates for the cheapest fees on Baskin Robbins delivery.
Want to get your Baskin Robbins delivered to you? DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Postmates all offer Baskin Robbins delivery. They each have 35 flavors available at the same price for ice cream, but Postmates has the cheapest fees out of the three. Here’s the breakdown for each service with a delivery range of less than 2 mi.:

While most Baskin Robbins locations don’t give military discounts, we have heard some reports of the occasional store giving a 5% – 10% discount with a military ID. You’ll need to check your local Baskin Robbins for their policy as each location is different.
Baskin Robbins does not give any student discounts, teacher discounts, or senior discounts.
9. Get a secret menu affogato at combination Dunkin and Baskin Robbins locations.
An affogato is a shot of espresso over a scoop of ice cream. At a combination Dunkin and Baskin Robbins location, you can make your own for only $5.58. Here’s how you can get yours today:
- Order a shot of espresso from Dunkin’ for $1.19
- Then, order one scoop of vanilla ice cream in a cup from Baskin Robbins for $4.39
- Finally, pour the shot of espresso over the scoop of ice cream
10. Use a donut from Dunkin’ to unlock another Baskin Robbins secret menu item.
Can’t decide between ice cream and a donut? Why not combine them into one bowl? Just get your bowl of ice cream (single scoop is $4.39) and a donut from Dunkin’ (regularly $1.35), then shred the donut into your bowl. That way, you’ll get the best of both worlds.
11. Baskin Robbins cakes are $22.99 – $99.99 depending on the size of your cake.
Baskin Robbins sells cakes for every occasion, and most of them can be altered depending on your needs. Unfortunately, specialty cakes that are required to look like a certain shape are not able to be changed. These cakes are generally categorized by the celebration that you are having, and you’ll be able to make alterations by clicking on the desired cake and adjusting to your preferences.

A single scoop of Baskin Robbins ice cream is 4 oz and costs $4.39 (or $1.10/oz). However, you can pick up 14 oz containers of your favorite Baskin Robbins flavors for $6.99 each (or $0.50/oz). That means you’ll save 54.5% by purchasing ice cream at your local grocery store instead.
There are currently 25 different flavors that you can get at different grocery stores. You can find the exact flavor you want by using the Baskin Robbins at Home website. It will find the flavor you want at a grocery store near you.
13. BR employees can get up to two free scoops per shift.
Baskin Robbins employees can get up to two free scoops (up to $4.39 each) per shift. This freebie will depend on your Baskin Robbins location.

14. Save up to 42% by ordering a triple scoop instead of a single.
Did you know that you can ask for different flavors when you order more than one scoop of ice cream? That way, you can share with your friends and family if you like, and you’ll be able to get your favorite flavors.

Yep, they do have some drive thrus if you’re looking to pick up ice cream on the go. However, not every location includes a drive thru option. Use their store locator or call your local Baskin Robbins to see if a drive thru is available.
16. The cheapest, low-calorie option on the Baskin Robbins menu is the Kids Scoop.
While there are plenty of options on the Baskin Robbins menu, the cheapest, low-calorie option is the 2.5 oz Kids Scoop in the lowest calorie flavor (around 90 calories).
Note: The lowest calorie flavor might change from visit to visit, so check your case to see if there are any differences.
17. Order specific flavors to create items on their secret menu.
Ordering from the Baskin Robbins secret menu is all about grabbing specific flavors in your ice cream scoops. Some of these combinations will depend on specific flavors. If you’re looking for even more BR secret menu items, you can look at TikTok to see what the chain’s employees are making. But, be warned: Most of their secret menu items are not available to the public, and you won’t be able to order them in person.
However, if you’re really looking forward to a specific recipe, save it and show it to the cashier to see if they are able to make it for you. Just remember to be polite and accept if they say no to the request.
19. Get the cheapest ice cream from Culver’s — 40% cheaper than BR.
Baskin Robbins might have cheap prices compared to other ice cream stores, but you’ll get the cheapest ice cream from Culvers. Here’s how different ice cream locations stack up against each other:
