The McDonald’s Valentine Friend Pack has officially been spotted as of Feb. 6, 2026. They were $5 when we spotted them in Florida — much higher than the $1 - $3 we've seen in the past. Even with the higher price, they are one of our favorite ways to save at McDonald's.
You'll get 12 coupons and are worth about $22 - $25 this year, based on current prices of the items at your store. They'll get you free vanilla cones, hamburgers, and more. Just like any McDonald’s coupons, you'll need to follow the rules - for example, only kids 12 and under can use these coupons.
Along with the McDonald's Treat Packs, Valentine’s Day food freebies are popping up everywhere, and we're staying on top 'em.
What is McDonald's Valentine Friend Pack?
Each pack of coupons costs gets you 12 McDonald’s coupons for free food, no purchase necessary. The 2026 coupon book has an estimated value of about $22 based on menu pricing in Pittsburgh, PA (value may vary by area).
Here are the coupons that you can get from the McDonald's Valentine's Day coupon pack:

The coupons can be used only by kids 12 and younger.
Only kids 12 or younger will be able to redeem these deals.
KCL TIP: Prices differ from location to location, so make sure to check your McDonald’s app for the most accurate prices at your local McDonald’s. Franchised McDonald’s locations might not have them, and they can set their own price, so make sure to double-check your local McDonald’s before getting your Friend Pack.
McDonald’s Valentine Friend Packs are limited, and aren't available at all locations.
Not every McDonald’s location is participating in the McDonald’s Valentine Friend Packs, and the locations that do have them only have a limited quantity since it’s at the discretion of that McDonald’s location owner. Make sure to call your local McDonald’s location to see if they're offering Valentine Friend Packs.

Every day, McDonald’s will update it with different deals, including many for free food with purchase. You’ll even earn points on your McDonald’s Rewards account that’ll get you closer to a free McDonald’s meal.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to get any additional points on your account with the Valentine Friend Packs.
