The Starbucks x Wicked collab is not something I had on my 2024 bingo card, but here we are. You'll see two new Starbucks Wicked drinks available on Tuesday, Oct. 22 — a little over two weeks earlier than the rest of the Starbucks holiday menu.

Yes, the drinks are pink and green (as they should be). Elphaba's drink is a Cold Brew with Matcha Cream Cold Foam and Glinda's drink is a Starbucks Refresher with Strawberry Cream Cold Foam — both are non-dairy.

Here's how to use the best Starbucks offers to get the new Wicked drinks for free (there's a special hack for the Elphaba one that'll get you the drink for fewer stars) and how to make the Elphaba Starbucks drink at home for nearly $3 cheaper than buying it at Starbucks.

Starbucks will add two new drinks as part of the Starbucks x Wicked release.

One of our favorite Starbucks fans on TikTok (hey, @coffeepassport!) shared the leaked info on her channel. I've got the details along with price predictions based on other drinks and past releases.

Elphaba's Green Elixir

Starbucks describes this drink as a Cold Brew with Peppermint syrup topped with Nondairy Matcha Cream Cold Foam and candy sprinkles.

Based on other Cold Brews and the price of the Nondairy Matcha Cream Cold Foam, I'm predicting this one will cost around $5.95 for a grande size.

Glinda's Pink Potion

The official description for this drink is a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher mixed with coconut milk and dragonfruit pieces, topped with Nondairy Strawberry Cream Cold Foam and candy sprinkles.

Based on other menu drinks, I'm predicting a $6.75 price tag on this one in the grande size.

Get these drinks for free with 200 Starbucks Stars.

Both of these drinks qualify for your free drink with 200 Stars in the Starbucks Rewards program. Or see my tip below to create an iced coffee version that'll only cost you 100 Stars.

Sign up for the Starbucks Rewards program and start earning Stars on every purchase. Pay with a credit card to earn one Star per $1 spent, or earn rewards faster with a registered Starbucks card — earning 2 Stars per $1 spent. Get these new drinks for free once you've racked up 200 Stars.

Get an Elphaba's Green Elixir dupe for free with just 100 Stars.

My favorite money-saving Starbucks hack is to customize iced coffees — which are free with 100 Stars — instead of using 200 Stars on a cold brew.

To get Elphaba's Green Elixir for free with 100 Stars, here what to order:

  • Grande iced coffee

  • 2 pumps peppermint syrup

  • Nondairy Matcha Cream Cold Foam

Adding customizations to your free drink doesn't cost any extra Stars or money. I recommend doing this on the app rather than ordering in store — not only for the convenience of redeeming your Stars, but also to avoid any confusion and accidental up charges.

Make Starbucks Elphaba's Green Elixir at home for $2.

Stock up on all the ingredients to make this peppermint-flavored iced coffee for around $2. The Torani Peppermint Syrup can be found online or at grocers like Fred Meyer, Walmart, or Kroger for around $10.79. Shop Walmart for the other ingredients for the lowest prices.
