Is it possible to coupon at home? What are the best ways to save on groceries from home? My answers are “Yes!” and “We’ve got you covered.”
If you need “coupon at home” solutions in order to grocery shop or shop for household items without leaving your house, these are our best tips.
1. Sign up for Paribus to get (free) price adjustments.
When you sign up for Paribus, shop from home and they’ll monitor your online purchases. If an item you already bought goes on sale, Paribus will help get you the difference!
It’s totally free. Basically, you’ll get money back on items after you’ve moved on with your life. (Who wants to watch sale prices after they buy something?) Not me.

2. Browse online-only deals on TheKrazyCouponLady.com.
KCL covers online grocery and retail deals by showing you the best digital coupons that can be applied to your virtual shopping cart then either picked up in store or delivered to your home — no physical coupons needed!
I’ll share our secrets with you throughout the article.
Under “Deals,” select “Online Deals” in order to see every coupon-at-home deal that doesn’t require pants.
3. Shop from home through the Coupons.com app for sales and cash-back offers.
Of course, Coupons.com is best known for printable coupons you use in store, but you can also coupon at home by shopping through the app to get cash-back discounts and sale prices.
Look for offers for stores like Target (up to 60% off) and Walmart (2% cash back), along with cash-back offers for individual brands like KIND bars (up to 25% off).
Inside the Coupons.com app, select “Coupon Codes” to see all available offers.
Once you make your selection, you’ll be redirected to the store’s site to make your online purchase.
4. Apply Circle offers when you’re shopping Target online.
You don’t have to go into the store in order to use Circle offers from the Target app!
When you’re shopping online at Target, click “Deals” and then “Target Circle offers” to add offers to your online cart. Click offers you want to apply at checkout and you’re all set!
Target uses Shipt to deliver groceries to your door, or you can do in-store pickup for free.
Add a Circle offer like “20% off Dannon Activia Yogurt” and then when you shop online (and once you add the yogurt to your cart), your discount will be applied at checkout.
5. You can make an online order through the Kroger app and get your items delivered.
Whether you’ve got a Kroger, Fred Meyer, Fry’s, Smith’s or any other Kroger-owned store, plan to coupon at home using the store’s app.
Shop by product, and when there’s a coupon available, you’ll see it next to the item. Or you can browse coupons and see qualifying products for each coupon when you tap on “More Details.”
Best part about online couponing at Kroger? You can use one coupon per online transaction and do up to four transactions in one day.
6. Go ahead and coupon at home with the CVS app.
With the CVS app, you can clip digital coupons and shop online using those coupons.
You can go directly to the qualifying product from the coupon inside the CVS app.
Download the CVS app and link your ExtraCare card.
You can do this even if you don’t have the physical card. Just enter your name, email address and phone number.
Once your card is linked, you can browse digital coupon offers and “add” them to your card. Next, select “shop this deal” and you’ll be taken directly to the item you can use your coupon to buy.
Your coupon will automatically be applied when you add the qualifying item to your cart.
If you can manage to spend at least $35.00 on every CVS order, shipping will be free. You can use one coupon per item but as many different coupons as you like.
7. Download the Walgreens app and use digital coupons galore.
Just like CVS, Walgreens has an app that allows you to “clip” digital coupons and apply them to your online orders.
From the home screen, tap “Weekly Ad & Coupons” to see available coupons.
When you find a coupon you want to use, tap “Clip” and then tap “See Details” and then “See qualifying products” in order to go right to the product the coupon applies to.
Like with the CVS app, you’ll be able to tell when you go to check out that the coupon is applied to your order, and you’ll get free shipping when you spend at least $35.00.
8. Clip those Amazon coupons!
Amazon offers a lot of at-home coupons like “$3.00 off one Fabric Care item” (think: Tide) or “20% off Coffeemate Creamer.”
You can browse coupons by category — like “Grocery & Gourmet,” “Snack Food” and more. Or you can look for a coupon on an item you want to buy — they’re in the upper right-hand corner.
9. Sign up for Subscribe & Save and get 5-15% back on Amazon orders.
If you know you’ll need something on a regular basis — like toilet paper, paper towels, cereal, etc., just set it up to automatically ship through Subscribe & Save.

10. Order groceries from Amazon or Instacart and get cash back from Ibotta.
Ibotta is one of couponing’s best party tricks, but it’s not just for in-store shopping.
You can get cash back when you make online purchases at tons of retailers. For example, we’ve seen Amazon offers for 3% cash back on grocery purchases — this means you could buy groceries on Amazon (use Amazon coupons!) and get 3% back when you initiate your purchase through Ibotta.
Can’t make it to the grocery store but need dairy and produce? Start your Instacart order through Ibotta and earn 2% cash back.
Heck, you can even get $3.00 back if you start your Walmart Grocery order through Ibotta. Only downside is you need to leave your house to pick it up.
11. Google the brand + “promo code.”
When I tried to look for an at-home coupon code for Nike shoes recently, I found a 20%-off code I can use at Finish Line. I Googled “nike shoes promo code” to find this little gem.
You’ll find hidden online shopping deals when you try out this trick.

12. Get cash back when you shop online for groceries through Ebates.
If you’re a fan of ordering groceries online for home delivery, try initiating your grocery purchase through Ebates to get cash back.
For example, Ebates offers 3% cash back for purchases made through a local grocery store, Albertsons. I can also get groceries delivered to my house at this store.
Don’t discount local grocery stores! If Ebates offers a rebate and you can use coupons, it’s a huge win.
