Walmart’s low prices are pretty darn great as most prices continue to rise. But freebies like Walmart free shipping and Walmart free delivery are even greater because free beats cheap any day. Never shop there without taking advantage of these Walmart freebies and hidden ways to get money back on your next purchase. From rebates to gift cards to moneymakers and beyond, let’s take a look at how you can avoid inflation at the register with some free stuff from Walmart.

1. Combine Aisle rebates with Walmart’s low prices for freebies.
Combine Aisle cash-back offers with Walmart's low prices and you can get items like snacks, candy, soda and more for free! You simply text a picture of your receipt to Aisle and within a week, they'll deposit your earnings into your Venmo or PayPal account. Here's the current Aisle rebate freebie for Walmart.

2. Or, combine coupons with Walmart prices for an instant freebie.
Sign up at P&GGoodeveryday.com to print coupons at home for in-store savings. Stack these coupons with Walmart's low prices and you'll get freebies on items like makeup, dish soap, body wash, and hand soap.
Last year, I found a deal at Walmart where Covergirl mascara was on clearance for $1, and I combined it with a $2 off Covergirl mascara coupon. The result was a $1 moneymaker, which was applied to the rest of the items I bought! Sadly, Walmart did away with overages in 2023, but we can still enjoy freebies!
3. Get free gift cards when you trade in old tech at Walmart.
Got some old tech laying around? Get free Walmart gift cards when you trade in things such as cellphones, tablets, laptops, voice speakers (Amazon Echo, Google nest), game consoles and wearables at WalmartCExchange.com.
4. Earn free Walmart gift cards with Ibotta.
You can also earn Walmart gift cards with the cash-back app Ibotta when you buy specific products at stores, inlcuding Walmart. Once you've earned the minimum $20 required for a payout, you can receive your cash back with gift cards from Walmart, Home Depot, Ulta, Panera and others. This is definitely one of the easiest ways to score free Walmart gift cards.

5. Use Walmart’s grocery pickup for free.
Since you can’t use coupons with Walmart grocery pickup, you’re better off using a rebate app to save more. Pickup orders don’t include a physical receipt, but there are still ways to get your rebates. For Walmart, that means linking your Ibotta and Walmart accounts to get your rebates automatically, no receipt required.
6. Get a 30-day Walmart Plus free trial that includes free shipping and more.
If you haven't tried out the Walmart Plus subscription service, you can get a Walmart Plus free trial for 30 days. If you're not a fan, just cancel before the trial wraps up. The service offers free shipping with no minimums (without Walmart+ it's a $35 min), plus Walmart free delivery on orders over $35.
7. Get a free Thanksgiving dinner with Walmart and Ibotta.
For the last four years, Walmart and Ibotta have teamed up to offer a free Thanksgiving Day meal deal every November. Here's what you could have picked up in 2023 (we predict this deal will return in 2024):
Idahoan Potatoes (4 oz)
McCormick Gravy Mix (0.87 oz)
Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz)
Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce (14 oz)
8. Earn Walmart Cash and redeem on future purchases.
Walmart Cash is a free to join cashback program where you can earn money using manufacturer offers (that range from $0.50 to $10 per item) on select items. You can spend your earnings on future purchases (with no min. for withdrawal) or cash out for U.S. dollars when you have a min. $25 available in your Walmart Cash account!
Here's the scoop on how Walmart Cash works, including how to earn it, and how to apply it to your future Walmart purchases.
9. Shop Walmart Clearance for (almost) free stuff.
Ok, this one isn't free, free. But, it comes close enough to make this freebie list. If you're lucky enough to find an item in Walmart Clearance that has a manufacturer coupon or rebate offer you can stack them to get an even greater discount, almost free! Here are a couple recent deals I found in store that stacked with Ibotta rebates for savings up to 98%!
