We’ve all done it. Every couponer’s worst nightmare.

You forgot your coupon at home.

Don’t worry! These stores will happily give you a price adjustment with your original receipt and coupon. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Double check that your coupon is still valid.
  • Before you head out, call the store to confirm they’ll accept your coupon and if there is a time limit on when they’ll accept it.
  • Some stores may want to see the items purchased or the credit card you used. Every store is different, so a phone call will help you clarify.
  • Even if a store isn’t on this list, give them a call. Many times it’s up to the store manager who may give you a break.
