Amazon's Cyber Monday sale offers you a second chance. If you missed a deal on Black Friday or were busy shopping other retailers' Black Friday sales, Amazon's Cyber Monday sale lets you save on everything you need for the holidays.

In fact, Amazon's deals on Cyber Monday repeat a lot of their Black Friday deals, sometimes even beating them.

Here's when to shop: Amazon is having one long Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, which runs Nov. 20 - Dec. 1. Amazon is doing 24-hour daily deal drops for the sale this year, so expect a fresh 24-hour batch to drop on Cyber Monday.

Look for digital and subscription deals: Thinking about subscribing to Amazon Music Unlimited or Kindle Unlimited? Amazon often gives free trials of its subscriptions during Cyber Monday. Amazon's Cyber Monday sale is usually very similar to their Black Friday sale, with some twists: Amazon usually discounts products when Black Friday kicks off and lets them ride through Cyber Monday. In some cases, though, Amazon has beaten their Black Friday pricing during their Cyber Monday sale. In 2024, for example, Amazon offered a 4-pack of AirTags on Cyber Monday for $69.99, which was $3 cheaper than the Black Friday price. It also offered the Barbie DreamHouse 75-piece set for $125, which was $13 cheaper than the price on Black Friday. The thing is, though, you can never predict which products will be cheaper on Cyber Monday. Amazon doesn't drop official Black Friday or Cyber Monday ad scans, so it's not possible to see in advance which day will have better deals. So our advice is this: Shop first on Black Friday. And think of Amazon Cyber Monday as a final pass at deals, not a sale to skip Black Friday for.

Tips on How to Make Your Deal Shopping a Success

1. Shopping Options: Amazon's Black Friday sale is online only. If you have Amazon Prime, you'll get free 2-day (or faster) shipping on your order. If you don't have Prime, you'll need to spend $35 or more.

2. Doorbusters: Amazon Lightning Deals are the Amazon equivalent of doorbusters. These are deals offered in short supply at discounts of up to 90% off for a limited time. 4. Holiday Policies:

Price Adjustments: Amazon doesn't offer price matching or price adjustments on its own prices or on competitors' prices. Some of Amazon's competitors do price match Amazon, though. It's also worth noting that, during big sales like Cyber Monday, if a competitor offers a really good price, Amazon will often drop its own price to copy-cat it. For example, when Walmart dropped the price on Apple AirPods to just $69 during its Black Friday sale last year, Amazon did the same. Watch for this on Cyber Monday too.
Return Policy: Amazon offers extended returns until Jan. 31 on purchases made between Nov. 1 - Dec. 31. That can help you get around Amazon's strict no-price-adjustment policy. Say you buy something on Black Friday and find it a lot cheaper on Cyber Monday. You can return the item and buy it again. This may be worth your time only if the discount is significant. After all, you probably don't want to go through the hassle of filling out the return request, shipping back your item, and waiting for a refund over a few bucks.
