Amazon’s Prime Day for 2023 has officially ended. The sale ran from July 11 – 12, 2023.

However, we expect more Prime Day grocery deals to happen in the October Early Access Sale, which we predict will happen on October 10 – 11 this year.

During the July Prime Day sale, we saw regular Amazon favorites like Apple products, Dyson deals, Amazon Echo devices, and the legendary Lightning Deals. But we also found up to 30% off pantry essentials and other Amazon grocery deals to help fill your cupboards with discounted essentials.

Amazon Prime members also had access to up to $40 off online Amazon grocery orders through July 12, 2023. Prime members could score $20 off a grocery order of $100 on July 11 or July 12 and then receive an additional $20 off a future $100 order between August 1 – 31, 2023.

This coupon stacked on top of their weekly sales — like 56% off meat, buy one get one free on Fresh brand, and the two for $7 Post cereal deal. I took advantage of this deal and saved nearly $70 on my groceries for the week (more on that below!). We expect these deals to return in the October Prime Day sale.

The Best Prime Day Grocery Deals We Saw in 2023

It’s worth noting that many of the deals listed below were price-lows due to the 5% or 15% off Subscribe & Save discount. Without subscribing to recurring deliveries, prices were a little higher. But you are always able to cancel the subscription immediately after your first delivery. Prime members were also able to save 20% on any $30+ orders of select grocery essentials.

We expect the following deals to return in October 2023.

Prime Day Snack Deals

We also saw deals on non-perishable staples like cereal, canned food, pasta, granola bars, and bottled beverages. Below, you’ll find some of our favorites.

And keep in mind that some Prime deals offer even deeper discounts with Subscribe & Save. If you aren’t familiar with the program, Subscribe & Save lets you can save up to 15% on items you order frequently.
