Have you made a recent decision to get healthier? You have? Me, too!
We aren’t alone. There’s a revolution (or maybe we should call it an evolution) towards healthier lifestyles.
I have become more dedicated to healthy nutrition. I am buying more natural and organic products and trying to prepare quick and easy meals from scratch for my family. Sticking to my grocery budget is just as important to me as it ever was. The good news is that now, more than ever, coupons and rebates are available for many healthy foods, as long as you know where to look.
Here are my top ten tips for finding coupon and cash back deals on organic and natural foods on the Internet:
1. Know about organic and natural product brands
All of the brands below have been offered at Coupons.com. Organic and natural brands can be found at Smartsource.com and Redplum, as well.
- Almond Breeze

- Quorn
- Seeds of Change
- Truvia
- Wild Harvest
Try multiple zip codes when you search. I live in an area of the country where fewer people are looking for organic and natural foods, so sometimes the brand is offering a deal on coupons.com, but not in my market. In addition to my own zip code, I also edit my profile with zip codes from health-conscious areas of the country where the deal may be offered such as Beverly Hills, CA (90210), Lake Oswego, OR (97034), and Mountain View, CA (94040—can you say Google Headquarters, people?!).
2. Join Common Kindness
Common Kindness is an e-coupon site. Many of their partners are natural and organic food companies. When you register, choose from a list of national and local non-profit organizations. Manufacturers pay an advertising fee for every coupon you redeem. 20% of the fee is donated to the organization you have chosen.
3. Subscribe to the HealthESaver Newsletter
HealthESaver newsletters are delivered to your email inbox full of printable coupons. The website also features some coupons for immediate printing.
4. Bookmark Mambo Sprouts
Sign up for Mambo Sprouts’s coupon alerts to get weekly coupon announcements and twice weekly “sprout outs” for their limited coupons, so you won’t miss out!
Get their coupon book free by mail.
5. Become a MamboTracker
As a MamboTracker, you’ll share your opinions about healthy products and receive free samples of natural products, extra coupons, and incentives!
6. Look to your favorites
Visit the websites of your favorite natural food and organic brands. Find coupons right on their website by looking for the words “promotions,” “coupons,” or “special offers” on the menu or navigation bar. You can also find discounts by subscribing to individual e-clubs or e-newsletters to receive coupons by email.
Look for the Facebook and Twitter icons on their sites to click through and follow them on social media where they also make coupons available. All of the brands I listed from Coupons.com have websites that are easy to find in a Google search. Here are some additional favorites of mine:
7. Snag rebates
Sometimes more expensive niche food products will blitz a number of rebate apps, making for huge deals because you can stack all of the rebates together. I recently scored a big moneymaker on Beyond Meat meatless products because the brand offered high-value rebates across Shopmium (use code GHUUAEPE), Berry Cart, and Ibotta (which also offered a bonus for buying two Beyond Meat products). Not only did I get the products for free, but I also made money through the rebate offers! (Get cash back through PayPal or in the form of a check.)
- Berry Cart, Shopmium, and Shrink (use code OBCHJY) specialize in organic and natural products.
- Ibotta, Checkout 51, Snap, and Shrink regularly feature “any brand” rebates (e.g., milk, bread, apples, etc.). Checkout 51 even has a “pick your own” offer for produce each week.
- Check SavingsStar every Tuesday for their weekly “healthy offer,” usually produce.
8. Check The Krazy Coupon Lady
Save time by searching for your favorite natural and organic brands in the Krazy Coupon Lady’s coupon database!
9. Keep an eye out for sales
As always, keep an eye out for sales and in-store coupons to stack with manufacturer coupons and rebates. When I scored my Beyond Meat moneymaker, I also used manufacturer coupons printed from their website and from MamboSprouts.com on two separate items for even more cash back.
10. Learn more about preparing healthy meals
Get a free one-year digital subscription to Clean Eating Magazine here. No strings attached, and you won’t even have to enter any credit card information. I’ve found this magazine to be so helpful, especially in planning quick & easy, healthy, weeknight meals for my family.
Happy and healthy savings!
