While the recent coin shortage has caused some Walmart and Kroger to stop accepting cash payments, some businesses are offering incentives to get your coins.

If you’ve got some spare change hanging around, it could turn into some freebies for you.

Here’s what you need to know:

A Chick-fil-A is offering a free entree for $10 in rolled coins.

A Chick-fil-A in Lynchburg, Virginia introduced a coin-grabbing offer; customers can trade $10 in rolled coins (quarters, dimes, nickels and/or pennies) for $10 in cash, plus a “Your choice, our treat” card — good for a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, 8-count Nuggets, or Grilled Chicken Sandwich.

This isn’t a nationwide promo, but it’s getting enough of a stir that a Huntsville, Alabama location soon joined in — and others could follow suit soon.

Select 7-Eleven locations offering free Slurpees for change.

Various media are reporting that some 7-Eleven locations are trading $5 in coins for $5 in cash, plus a free Slurpee.

Check with your local 7-Eleven to see if they’re participating, but otherwise, your best bet at a free Slurpee is signing up for 7Rewards.
